In the second in a series of new collaborations with the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, Musiqa is proud to present a free concert celebrating the MFAH’s new galleries for art of the Islamic World. Join us at 6:30 pm in the downstairs area of the Nancy and Rich Kinder Building on Thursday, February 16 for an evening of music by Aftab Darvishi, Erberk Eryılmaz, Gity Razaz and Kareem Roustom. Performers include Jackson Guillen, Jacob Schafer, Sergein Yap and Caio Alves Diniz.

Join us downstairs in the new Nancy and Rich Kinder Building by entering from the street and walking down the stairs, or entering the building from the parking garage, which is free on Thursdays. The concert takes place on the bottom floor, near the tunnel between the museum buildings.

Ditson Fund, Amphion Foundation, The Brown Foundation, Inc., The Cullen Trust for the Performing Arts, New Music USA’s New Music Organizational Development Fund, the Texas Commission on the Arts, and in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts.
