Musiqa is proud to announce another round of commissioning competitions for national and local emerging composers. This year we are offering increased stipends of $2000 for both the national Emerging Composer Commission and the local Catalyst Commission. In addition, in order to increase the presence of under-represented voices in chamber music, the national Emerging Composer Commission will be open this year only to applicants who identify as women.
